Dr. Abbey Davis serves as an Executive Director at AAON Inc., an innovator in the commercial HVAC industry, leading the human resources, learning and development, and change management teams for locations across 4 states supporting over 4,000 employees. Before joining AAON, Abbey worked as the Director of the Center for the Future of Work at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University and was also a professor of practice. Abbey has worked as a corporate HR professional in energy and manufacturing industries specializing in the areas of talent development, organizational development, performance management, and compensation. Abbey has a PhD in business with research interests in the areas of organizational behavior, economic mobility, mindfulness, and the changing landscape of work. Outside of work, Abbey and her husband Evan love to explore and hike during long road trips with their two minions, Eli (11) and Zoe (9).
