Dr. Brown is a 24 year educator. He has served in numerous educational capacities ranging from an accomplished Middle Grades ELA Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, to his current role as a middle school assistant principal. Dr.Brown is a champion in providing equitable practices for all students and instructional educators. Dr.Brown has served in turnaround low performing schools. He currently assists schools in implementing Beginning Teacher Induction programs. Dr.Brown has captivated educational audiences at premiere national, state, and local educational conferences. Dr.Brown has spoken at Sibme-Better Together Conference, Innovative Schools Summit-ACCU-Train (Las Vegas and San Antonio), ASCA Leadership Summit- Sacramento, CA, and NYAR Conference-Savannah, Georgia. Dr. Brown is working on a partnership with Nash County Public School-NC (NCPS) to implement Project Hope07 mentoring organization into elementary and middle schools for at-risk students.
