Dr. Michelle Rencher is a native of Nassau Bahamas who has earned a reputation for being a consummate change agent having led large programs led organizational campaigns in the largest and oldest retailers in the Bahamas, the largest healthcare systems in the US, Nissan Global, and the State of Tennessee. Dr. Rencher is committed to ensuring that individuals, organizations, and communities realize that change is the norm and not the exception, and that paying attention and constantly learning are requisites to not only survive but indeed thrive. Dr. Rencher is a graduate of St. John’s College in Nassau has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA with a concentration in Strategy, and a PhD. in Organizational Leadership. Her PhD. dissertation focused on examining effective leadership within the public sector of The Bahamas and its role in mitigating the Bahamian brain drain.
