Actions
As a corporate leader, educator, researcher and speaker, I explore how people grow, lead, and adapt - and then I build the products and programs that make it happen.
My journey began with a mathematics degree in Kazakhstan. A passion for learning drew me toward educational leadership, and that passion brought me to Hungary, where I earned a PhD in Education at Eötvös Loránd University. Along the way I worked with machine-learning specialists as an AI data annotator, taught computer science and mathematics in an international school, and designed corporate training programs on AI and digital capabilities.
Today I lead the Research and Product Development team at Pulze Digital (Shiwaforce), creating learning journeys on artificial intelligence, data, cloud, and low-code/no-code technologies for enterprises across the region. My work sits at the intersection of organizational research, business analysis, and capability development - from identifying what a client truly needs, to shaping the solution and delivering it.
My Ph.D topic was on organizational leadership research. In my book "Synaptic Leadership: Connecting Culture, Organizations and Identity" I examine how leadership identities are shaped - and what organizations and individuals must do to lead through disruption, not just survive it.
Beyond my corporate role, I teach project management, write about leadership, productivity and the future of work, regularly participate and speak in professional events and conferences, sharing insights from research and my experiences in corporate leadership.
I’m honored to have been recognized among the Top 50 Women in AI in Hungary, by HTE (Hírközlési és Informatikai Tudományos Egyesület),
I’m passionate about lifelong learning, cross‑cultural development, digital future and open to professional discussions and collaborations around it.
Leading Teams with AI: Building Workflows for People, Products, and Decisions
Most AI talks promise revolution. This talk shows the quiet operating layer that's actually working (or not). I will share a three-lens framework: People, Products, Decisions for designing AI agents into team workflows, illustrated by working examples. Along the way: the academic grounding that holds it together, the failure modes that broke us, and what it asks of leaders who try this.
