Projects have included optimising the processes for a new football stadium, introducing model-based requirements engineering for a new subway system, concepts and introduction of manufacturing software systems, and optimizing the interaction between automated forklifts and human workers during the unloading of a high-tech warehouse.

Ich bin eine erfahrene Expertin in der Ausgestaltung von Projekten und der Geschäftsentwicklung in den Bereichen Kostenoptimierung, Digitaler Zwilling / Metaverse sowie Industrie 4.0. Zu meinen Projekten gehörten beispielsweise die Optimierung der Prozesse für ein neues Fußballstadion, die Einführung modellbasierter Anforderungen für eine neue U-Bahn, Kozepte und Einführung von Produktionssoftwaresysteme oder die Optimierung des Zusammenspiels von automatisierten Gabelstaplern und Mitarbeitern beim Entladen eines Hightech-Lagers.
