Dr. Suman is Infosys Public Services’ Principal Consultant and Head for Government Healthcare Analytics. In this capacity, he is responsible for ideation and development of next generation Government healthcare analytics solutions for driving healthcare business transformation, digitally. He has vast experience in the public sector healthcare domain, and previous work experience with large international organizations like World Health Organization, UNICEF, Indian Public Health Association, etc. He specializes in Advanced Data Science solutions, namely AI enabled population health, Social Determinants of Health Analytics, Opioid management, care management, case management, value based care, business intelligence and reporting.

He has been recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare for his contribution to the industry through thought leadership, point of views, articles, workshops, running webinars and speaking sessions, among others. His past public speaking engagements and webinars include the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) vendor session, the American Association of Payers, Administrators and Networks (AAPAN), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), World Healthcare Congress, and multiple private webinars and workshops focused on global health care reform & digital business transformation strategy.

He has also been a guest speaker in prestigious US institutes- Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston, Pace University, NY and attendee to focused group seminar hosted by Harvard Medical School, Dept. of Bio-informatics. He is also an avid blogger in the healthcare blogosphere. His writing focuses on themes that are relevant to the US healthcare reform and Government Healthcare initiatives.

Dr. De is a graduate in medicine from India and holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from a premier Business school in India. He is the recipient of several awards of excellence in recognition of his work for the healthcare industry.
