Dr. Vivian Rodriguez-Eads is a school psychologist, educational leader, and facilitator with over twenty years of experience supporting students, families, and special education teams. Her work has spanned roles as a bilingual school psychologist, district-level coordinator, and site administrator, with a longstanding focus on programs serving students with emotional and behavioral disabilities (EBD).
