My current assignment is for ABN AMRO where I am working on a component library that needs to have high standards of accessibility. Before this I worked for DSW, where the main demographic for the project was people with disabilities looking to hire and manage medical personnel for their own care, this brought lots of challenges due to huge number of different disabilities we had to account for. How this all started, 10 years ago I ended up myself in a situation that required me to rely on assistive technology and I firsthand realized how bad of an experience that is, this sparked my quest to improve every product I worked on and spread the word of better accessibility.
