His commitment to education led him to Georgia's newest public college, where he established the learning and development department and collaborated with the athletic department on student-athlete engagement activities.
Passionate about the intersection of business and sports, Jeremy's doctoral research focused on the organizational socialization, emotional intelligence, and transformational leadership of Intercollegiate Athletic leaders, reflecting his ongoing dedication to enhancing organizational and athletic performance through strategic leadership.
