Dr. Konstantinos Marmagkiolis is a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist and Cardiovascular Disease specialist who practices at Tampa Heart & Vascular Associates in Florida. His work focuses on diagnosing and treating patients with heart and vascular conditions through interventional cardiology and structural heart procedures. As a structural heart disease specialist, he performs complex coronary interventions, structural heart valve treatments, and endovascular therapies. His clinical approach focuses on accurate diagnosis, efficient care, and treatment plans designed around each patient’s cardiovascular needs.

Along with his clinical practice, he remains active in academic medicine. He serves as a Collaborative Associate Professor of Cardiology in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He also holds an academic role as Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Cardiology, Division of Internal Medicine, at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. His research interests include coronary calcium modification, structural heart intervention techniques, catheter-based therapies, and long-term outcomes following complex PCI procedures.

Dr. Konstantinos Marmagkiolis completed medical school at Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki in Greece. He later earned an MBA from the Open University of Cyprus and completed the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training Program at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Born in Kavala, Greece, he is married with four children and speaks Greek, English, and French, and holds both U.S. and Greek citizenship.
