My teaching philosophy and pedagogy is that life is the classroom and what we learn should be empowering, practical and have accessible utility! I have worked with the NAACP, Trio Student Support Services, Teen Train Inc, and several organizations configured to provide mentoring and coaching to adolescents and young adults. Currently I am a facilitator and educator for Learning & Development at GoHealth. I am also an adjunct professor at Prairie State Community College. I have a family business named Powerful Bouncy House Inflatables! My Mantra is to “Learn as a teacher, teach as a student!
