Ebony Burroughs has been an Information Technology for 25 years. She is an experienced Agilist, coaching teams and organizations as they implement Agile concepts and practices to deliver the highest quality products and solutions to customers while shifting to people-centric to workplace cultures. Her experience has been applied in industries such as finance, utilities, insurance, retail, engineering, and communications.

Ebony has a talent for connecting theory to practice, with the mindset that small changes make sizeable impacts. She is a forever learner, finding ways to combine her interests in various subject matter including psychology, philosophy, instructional design, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, to her approach to training, coaching, and mentorship.

Ebony is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (B.S. Graphic Communication Systems, M.S. Information Technology), and holds a number of certifications from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, Scaled Agile Framework, ICAgile, Prosci Change Management, and Lean Change Management. She currently serves a a Senior Program Manager of eCommerce at Insight Enterprises, where she is a people leader to a team of talented Agilists.
