As part of the ITS Portfolio Management Office (PMO) leadership team, leads the business engagement practices. Responsible for the development and improvement of Business Analyst (BA) best practices and processes in alignment with ITS project management and governance best practices. Prioritize, balance and manages BA workload, metrics and goals. Support Agile practices and tools in the organization.
