Adoption is like surfing on waves. Is your mind-"ship" ready for that?

In a rapidly evolving tech world, adoption is absolutely essential – no question there. But let's be real, it's no walk in the park; it's silence before the storm. There are some challenges and downsides to it. Adoption is a stormy sea where surfing on a wave will not guarantee the success. Maybe you need to try the next wave...

During our panel discussion, we'll be diving into customer cases where adoption didn't work out well, sharing our stories and brainstorming ways to fix it. With that said, buckle up for some insightful discussions and feel invited to share your thoughts! Sharing is caring!

Design Thinking. Microsoft Teams Designing.

User adoption in Microsoft Teams environment is a hot topic. Being a Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist is a challenge. In addition to that,  organizations are different (size, industry, sector, etc.). Therefore there is not only one the same and the best way to drive Teams' adoption in each company.

Fortunately, there are a few different tools that may support you with planning and setting adoption projects. One of them is the design thinking method which helps define the key challenges and scenarios by working together with the client. Results you are getting after design thinking customer workshops indicate a direction to run successful Microsoft Teams adoption.

During my session, I will share my insights and experience in using design thinking methods and Microsoft Teams. You will see the real customer cases where this method proved to be a priceless help in driving Microsoft Teams adoption projects.

Adoption project failed. Give it a second chance! Re-adopt

The adoption is not an option, adoption is a must - everyone knows about it. But what if the adoption project did not go well and we simply have failed. The users complain about the tools and their attitude towards the Microsoft 365 is weak. Instead of helping, technology causes discouragement and a feeling of being lost.

It is very possible that your project lacked key elements to make it successful. The reasons of the failure might be different. There was not enough time, too less efforts, incorrect strategy, rush or lack of leadership involvement, etc.

So, is there any chance that this situation can be improved? Can the recovery plan help and how to make it? During my session, I will share insights on re-adoption projects while giving you tips and inspiration on how to get your adoption project back on track. You can expect practical advices and recommendations. Accept a second chance to be successful!

Teams governance: undressed. Case studies of gross mistakes.

No matter how much you avoid the subject of governance, it will catch up to you one day. The only question is, how badly will a clash with reality impact your organization? We have seen some of the world's largest organizations make fundamental but avoidable mistakes and we want to tell you all about them so that you can ensure they won’t get replicated. In addition, if something has already gone wrong and you are scratching your head on how to tame teams, we will advise you on methods and strategies to remediate it.

Kasia is an expert in governance and M365 management. Edyta, Microsoft MVP, is the ACM projects maestro. Both have worked with a variety of horrific mistakes in client environments and would like to undress the topic of governance and see it for what it is. In the process, they will shed light on best practices and share some practical tips on setting up a Teams environment with governance in mind.
