Ekta has been a true leader and mentor in establishing Mentoring Networks across various organizations where she has worked that addresses: Gender Diversity, Women Engagement, Diversity hiring, Return to Work, People with disability (all genders).

She has been part of Women of Silicon Roundabout - Group that enables people and organizations to connect, learn and take action on gender diversity and inclusion.

Ekta has been instrumental in establishing corporate relationships with City Women Network - a vibrant community for senior professional and businesswomen to connect, contribute and grow.

She has done her Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics) and MBA (IT & Marketing). Recently accredited by the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, and Positive Psychology.
