Elaine is the Principal Product Designer on Twilio's AI team. Prior to Twilio, she lead design at eBay on their fully AI-powered shopping assistant that lived inside of Messenger and Google Assistant. And, lead design at a startup building an office assistant Slack bot with humans in the loop. She has spoken about designing for bots at conferences like SuperBot, Business of Bots, SIGNAL, Talk UX, and multiple panel discussions.
