We are looking for brilliant speakers that can deliver content in one of these forms: technical sessions.
Feedback from our last event, ELDK26:
- Deeper technical level - we didn't go deep enough. Take it to Expert level !
- More demos - less slides
- Better time management - some speakers put demos toward the end and missed showing the demos due to many questions along the way. More time to questions
(NEW FOR ELDK27) Level / Topic Expectations (Survey)
This year we are running a survey asking attendees to provide their preferred topics of sessions and the level of the audience. Think of this as samples. The survey will run during the whole CfS process. We will use the results to select speakers & sessions.
You can see the results from the survey here so you can align the submissions to interest and levels of the audience.
Trend in survey -> Many attendees are at min. Expert (400) level (typically consultants or specialists). Go deeper !!!
Technical Sessions Requirements:
- Length of 50/60 min
- Give audience a deep introduction to topic with lots of demos - and time for questions (5-10 min) during the session
- "Less PowerPoint, More Demos" - Give them both side of the coins; good & bad !
- Session Tracks: Intune, Security, Data Compliance & Security, AI for Makers (Copilot & Agents), AI for Engineers/Developers (Build Your Own AI), Microsoft 365, Identity, Azure
- Language must be English
- Encourage audience to ask questions - we see lots of questions, so make room in the presentation for lots of questions
Limitations:
- We will accept a maximum of 3 sessions per speaker. Please fill in one session form per session.
Important information
- Sessions which haven't been delivered at other events are highly preferred.
- Speakers may be selected for an extra 1:1 Ask The Expert session together with another speaker. Attendees can show up for 1:1 sessions to discuss problems, issues, advisory. If speaker is selected for 1:1 Ask The Expert session, you are required to participate for 60 min

- Make sure that you use an appealing title for your session, and write a clear session description of what our visitors can expect when they visit your session
- Make sure to properly "tag" your session
- If you are an inexperienced speaker, but want to take this opportunity to speak for a large audience, consider teaming with a more experienced speaker on the same topic.
- Session recordings will not be available.
- The primary conference language is English
- (NEW for ELDK27) For ELDK27, we will invite accepted speakers into our new event hub solution, which is the central platform we have built to support handling of all the logistics around our event. Think of the event hub as a self-service platform where you will register hotel check-in/out details, provide diets for appreciation dinner and more.
Cost Coverage
- We will cover, economy only, flights up to 400€ per speaker for single speaker sessions, and max 300€ per person for co-speaking sessions. If you are not able to get flights within the boundaries, let us know and we will work with you on this. You will get the reimbursement after the event and we will give you instructions
- We will arrange and cover 1 night hotel cost for speakers that will check-in on the day before (2 night for master class and speakers doing workshop on pre-day).
- We invite speakers to our appreciation dinner on the evening of February 9th, 2027 at 18:00/6pm
What we expect from you as a speaker
By submitting a session, we also expect something in return if you are selected:
- Usage of our PowerPoint template. We might send updates to some slides afterwards asking you to integrate them into your presentation (sponsor slides/evaluation etc.)
- Your availability during the conference, as we really prefer our speakers to be approachable before and after their sessions. We will provide speaker room, but attendees want to meet you, so use this opportunity to meet and engage with the attendees.
- Your help in promoting the event (#ELDK27), by blogging and using your social media channels to advertise that you are one of our speakers. We will provide you with some additional material to help you with that.
- You will be given a speaker-polo to wear during the event.
