Elias Zoramwine Mane is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience, including 12 years at the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) in Ghana. He is actively engaged in Internet governance activities, digital rights, and cybersecurity, a proud fellow of the Ghana School on internet governance. Elias has a strong background in promoting digital rights and cyber hygiene, with expertise in Internet policy impacting digital transformation, cybersecurity, Data protection and privacy.
He has played key roles in numerous initiatives, including mentoring the next generation of internet governance fellows in Ghana, developing and operationalizing an MOU between Ghana's NHRI and Africa’s leading Digital Rights Organization -Paradigm Initiative.
A skilled facilitator experience in training and capacity-building on topics like Cybersecurity Awareness, Governance Risk and Compliance, OCSEA (Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) and Child rights in the digital space.
