Most of my career has been spent making complex things work: people, systems, and decisions that have to hold up under pressure.

I’ve led teams across banking, SaaS, and industrial automation, often in high-pressure settings where trust, clarity, and delivery have to coexist.

At Rabobank, I lead international teams maintaining the bank’s core compliance and financial-crime systems, work that touches millions of customers and underpins how the organisation manages risk.

Before that, I built and led data-governance teams at ING, connecting people and processes across more than a dozen markets. Earlier experience in robotics and telecoms gave me a practical grounding in how technology, process, and culture fit together.
What drives me now is building teams that work with confidence and purpose.
