ELINGUI Pascal Uriel is a 2020 Google Developers Expert (GDE) candidate in Machine Learning, He is Director of Technological Innovation and former Head of Voice Technologies and Artificial Intelligence at Groupe CERCO. He was formerly Practice Manager Big Data; Data Science at ADNCorp,
and before Research Engineer at Voxygen SAS where he contributed to the creation of synthesized voices in African languages (Wolof, Pulaar, Haussa, Zarma, ...).

Technology enthusiast, he created several applications including Chabots and Android apps available on Google Play. He is a temporary teacher in some engineering schools and very active in the IT ecosystem.

Il était auparavant directeur de la pratique Big Data & Data Science chez ADNCorp, et avant d'être ingénieur de recherche chez Voxygen SAS où il a contribué à la création de voix de synthèse dans les langues africaines (Wolof, Pulaar, Haussa, Zarma, ...).
