Elisabeth is the Chief Security Officer of Kongsberg Digital where she leads the security, compliance, risk, quality and safety team. Before joining Kongsberg Digital she worked over 10 years for a Norwegian manufacturing company; Norsk Hydro where she was responsible for enterprise architecture, security, governance, risk and compliance.

Elisabeth is a security professional with over 20 years of experience within security, IT, OT, DevOps, compliance, management, and leadership. She is frequently speaker.

She earned her master degree in information technology at Gothenburg University and also have a bachelor of business and administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
