My approach is as multifaceted and versatile as my interests. My educational experience includes vocal and instrumental music, a broad variety of IT subjects, especially software engineering, topped by CoActive Coaching. My experience with agility dates back to the early 2000s as a software engineer gradually venturing into Scrum Master and organisational leadership positions, helping companies refactoring their ways of working.
