I am passionate about bringing people together to solve big problems. My passion led me to find roles that empower people with new skills and opportunities, enabling them to achieve career success with emerging technology such as AR, MR, and VR. I’m currently a senior DevRel leader at Meta with strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution skills, with a solid track record of engaging with tens of thousands of developers for various business and product goals.

Outside of Meta, I work on projects for social good. This includes TechLadies (https://techladies.co/), a community supporting women in Asia switching careers into the tech industry. I also founded Average Foundation (http://averagefoundation.com/), a fund aiming to encourage people to contribute to their community.

I enjoy sharing my startup experiences and lessons learned on building developer communities. I've spoken at DevRelCon London (keynote), International Women's Day by Jobs for New South Wales Australia (keynote), DevRel/Asia 2020, DeveloperWeek Austin, Slush Singapore, Google Women Techmakers, MaGIC Academy Symposium, RubyConf MY, and SRECon Asia to name a few, and have mentored at Startup Weekends (San Francisco & Penang) and SPARK Global Acceleration Program.
