Elizabeth is a fractional senior Operations, Marketing, and ESG consultant, and the Owner of Elle Thorsen Consulting. A serial entrepreneur and founder of multiple technology startups herself, she has also spent nearly 20 years working with entrepreneurs as a mentor and strategic consultant, including 5 years in sustainability , ESG, and cleantech.

Her goal is to create a just and inclusive green future, and believes in a future of business that measures not only profit, but also impact.

In Elizabeth's spare time she serves on several boards and committees, is a frequent speaker and moderator at local and international business events and conferences, and volunteers her time as a mentor to young women entering STEM fields.
