Elizabeth Gouéti, Esq., MBA is a former employment attorney, workplace strategist, certified coach, and professional speaker whose work sits at the intersection of employment law, organizational culture, and people risk. With a career spanning employment litigation, in-house counsel, and senior people strategy roles at companies including Amazon Web Services and NetApp, Inc., Elizabeth brings a rare dual fluency: the ability to argue in courtrooms and sit in executive leadership rooms because she knows exactly where the two worlds collide.

Today, Elizabeth operates as an independent consultant through her company, Avinu Consulting, LLC which advises Human Resource leaders and organizations on the legal infrastructure that underlies workplace ethics, culture and equity. Her signature framework, "A Workplace In Motion, Stays in Motion", translates employee productivity (decision-making frameworks rooted in strategy and not emotion), into concrete, actionable people strategy that is both values-driven and legally defensible.
