Elizabeth has deep roots within the food and community development scene, With quiet confidence and clear-eyed practicality, she leverages social media activation and develops CSR strategies that keep clients and communities top of mind.
In 2020 she co-founded Feed Forward, a Startup committed to using technology like blockchain and NFTs to create a better food future for all. Prior to that, she was the youngest Executive Director of a national supermarket association representing independent grocers. This meant liaising with the White House over critical bills, and persuading corporations to partner and help the most vulnerable New Yorkers - efforts which put her on the “City and State's NY Power 100 List ''. Peralta was also recently named to NYC Food Policy’s 40 Under 40.
