I have been in role and working on leading wellbeing and resilience within my school for the last two years in a senior leadership role, and prior to that, I developed skills and a passion for making changes in wellbeing and resilience in school for 3 years in a middle leadership role. Prior to teaching, I worked in a health-related role. In that time, I have seen the importance of a well-delivered, whole-school approach to wellbeing and resilience in ensuring that the school is led in a Mentally Healthy way, and this has become something that I am passionate about sharing with others.
