Emmanuel Gabriel Ndayambaje is the founder and CEO of Hiresasa AI Inc., an AI-powered human resource management and job-matching platform serving job seekers and employers across 10 African countries. A self-taught full-stack developer, Emmanuel independently designed and built Hiresasa's original Laravel and Vue.js version, then led its migration to a modern Cloudflare Workers and React architecture as the platform scaled hands-on experience with legacy-to-modern migration, AI-driven job verification, and building resilient infrastructure for high-growth markets with real connectivity constraints.

Emmanuel is a Burundian refugee based in Uganda, where he also trains youth in Nakivale Refugee Settlement to integrate technology into agriculture — work that shapes his focus on building practical, accessible technology for underserved and displaced communities. He is a certified ILO Trainer of Trainers (PROSPECTS i-Upshift programme), through which he has directly trained 40+ young people in digital and entrepreneurial skills. He previously founded AfriXYZ Organic Foods, a UN SDG2-registered agri-tech initiative connecting rural and refugee farmers to urban markets.
Emmanuel has participated in the Stanford Entrepreneurship Program and the ILO I-UPSHIFT Accelerator, and spoke as an invited speaker at THE Africa Universities Summit 2025 in Kigali, Rwanda. He is a confirmed speaker at DevFest Mbarara 2026.

With expertise in organic farming and business development, Emmanuel's mission focuses on food security and self-sufficiency for marginalized communities. He has participated in the Stanford Entrepreneurship Program and I-UPSHIFT Accelerator, enhancing his skills in social entrepreneurship. At IICE-2025, he will represent Afrixyz For SDG2 Global Youth Initiatives Platform, sharing insights on sustainable farming and youth empowerment.
