Emmanuel Fle Chea is a Clinical Data Scientist and Informatician with 7+ years of experience building production-grade pipelines across EHRs, claims, registries, and biomarkers. He is the Founder and CEO of Lexify Health, a clinical policy intelligence platform, and a merged contributor to the RConsortium pharma-skills (#pilot7-design-skills) project, where he has authored 20 silent-failure benchmark cases across the group-sequential-design, admiral-adsl, admiral-bds, clinical-trial-simulation, and r2rtf skills (Issues #36-40, #165-175).
