Endurance Imasuen is a Cybersecurity and Human Factors professional with an MSc in Cyber Security with Human Factor from Bournemouth University. His interests sit at the intersection of cybersecurity, human behaviour, data-driven decision-making and security awareness.

He is particularly interested in understanding why people make security decisions and how organisations can use behavioural insights and data to design more effective, human-centred security interventions. His work has focused extensively on phishing education and challenging traditional approaches that treat people as the “weakest link” in cybersecurity.

Endurance is also a conference speaker, having presented at BSides events on the limitations of conventional phishing education and the importance of designing security around real human behaviour. He brings a practical, research-informed perspective to the question of how organisations can turn security and behavioural data into meaningful insights and better decisions..
