Eric Siegel is the founder of Livity, a social enterprise building sovereign, NFT-based economies around safely managed Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). He is a WASH specialist, artist, and Web3 builder. Livity's partnership with Blue Filter in Gaza leverages NFTs as a global fundraising mechanism to fund Blue Filter’s operations today: water sourcing, disinfection and distribution to North Gaza and Gaza City. We are also using NFTs as economic infrastructure for decolonial financial systems. A way to redefine and exchange value outside of the Westphalia state model.
