Hey y’all! I love encouraging Kansas City women and helping them learn that its ok to not be ok. When my husband was critically injured in Afghanistan in 2011, our world was rocked. Trying to parent two small kids, change careers, and move across the country to start over is trying on anyone. I realized that strength isn’t a competition but an inward hope that you can draw from no matter what you are facing. Through it all, I learned to celebrate both the big and small moments in our lives. I love sharing strength and hope with others.

These days you’ll find me podcasting with my husband of almost 20 years, parenting teenagers, and sharing my favorite brands and events around KC. I love to share tips, tools, and resources that can help others walk through life well. Backyard BBQs are my jam, I’m powered by coffee, love all things Christmas and I’m always down for a Chiefs, Royals, Sporting, or Current game.
