I am Erick Alexander Maldonado Soto, a cybersecurity enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in the field. Currently, I lead the regional offensive security team at Red Spear Labs, a part of Devel Group, where I specialize in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and the development of advanced offensive security strategies. My role involves identifying and mitigating security risks in systems, networks, and applications to protect the digital assets of our clients across the region.

I hold certifications as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and ISO 27001 Auditor, underscoring my commitment to cybersecurity best practices and compliance auditing.
