I am a cybersecurity professional with more than 10 years of experience in offensive security, vulnerability management, and security assessments across Latin America. Currently, I serve as Regional Offensive Security Leader at Red Spear Labs, Devel Group, where I lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for penetration testing, red team operations, mobile and web application security assessments, and critical infrastructure security engagements.

Throughout my career, I have led and participated in security projects for organizations in the financial, telecommunications, retail, government, and technology sectors, helping them identify, understand, and mitigate cyber risks through practical and business-focused security strategies.

My expertise includes web application security, mobile security, adversary simulation, vulnerability management programs, Active Directory security assessments, cloud security reviews, and the development of custom offensive security frameworks and automation tools using PowerShell and Python. I am also actively involved in designing training programs and career development paths for offensive security professionals, helping teams strengthen both their technical capabilities and operational maturity.
