Dr. Erik Lenhard ist Partner und Associate Director bei BCG in der Technology Advantage Praxisgruppe. Er leitet BCGs Agile Praxisgruppe in Europa und ist seit 2006 im agilen Themenumfeld unterwegs. Erik besitzt umfangreiche Expertise in agiler Softwareentwicklung und Information Management. Bei BCG leitet er die agile Praxisgruppe, unterstützte mehr als 50 Projekte im Bereich "Agile Transformation". Zuvor war er bei Kabel Deutschland und bei Solon Management Consulting tätig. Er studierte und promovierte in Darmstadt und London . Erik ist zertifizierter Scrum Master, Product Owner und Agile Coach.
