Erin has served as a member of the Schaumburg District 54 cabinet for ten years. Under Erin’s leadership a collaboratively designed guaranteed and viable curriculum has been developed for all content areas, as well as, social-emotional learning. Remaining balanced in supporting the whole child, Erin has worked to develop a core competency survey that provides a whole child profile for all 15,000 students.
