Erin Sullivan is the Coordinator of New Student Programs and has been at UMSL since January 2017. Before coming to UMSL, she worked as an Assistant Director for New Student Programs, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her primary responsibilities were in student leadership development for Orientation Student Coordinators and Orientation Leaders, growing the extended orientation experience, and various events in New Student Programs.

Erin received both her Bachelor of Sciences in Marketing and Master of Sciences in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Missouri State University. Her excitement for student affairs began as a highly involved student on campus, through her Orientation Leader and Team Leader role in the New Student and Family Programs office. The drive to my work is to have a welcoming, diverse, helpful, and engaging environment for all of our new students and our Orientation Leader team.
