Ethan, an alumnus of Oklahoma State University, earned his degree in Sports Management in 2015. Upon graduation, he entered into the finance sector, where he honed his skills in client services and financial planning. His two-year tenure in finance was marked by a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Seeking a new start, Ethan transitioned into the technology industry as a Quality Assurance Specialist. It was here, in the realm of software testing, that he truly found his calling. Ethan has successfully led both onshore and offshore teams through launching new mobile applications, establishing standard operating procedures, creating various testing frameworks, and guiding team members to deliver high-quality results. He has been instrumental in developing API automation frameworks employing Postman and has played a pivotal role in the evolution of manual, non-technical QA team members, guiding them towards engaging with service layer testing and writing automation scripts for APIs.
Currently, Ethan continues to be at the forefront of quality assurance within Bank of Oklahoma Financial. He spearheads multiple roadmaps, dedicated to delivering quality code to production through a blend of UI and services automation, alongside traditional manual testing methodologies.
