Ezra Silvera is a Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM Research. His interests include AI inference, RL post training, AI infrastructure and cloud management. Ezra is passionate about open-source technologies and has been involved in several notable open source projects such as llm-d , Kubevirt, Docker, and more. Ezra is a maintainer of the Kubestellar project, and lately also focuses in ways to leverage Kubernetes to manage AI workloads.
