I hold an international Master’s degree in Green Hydrogen, Renewable Energy Technology, and Climate Change, with a specialization in economics, policies, and infrastructure related to these fields. I currently work in the private sector in climate finance and carbon markets, focusing on carbon offset and removal projects under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement through the West African Alliance on Carbon Markets and Climate Finance.
Beyond academia, I co-founded the Opportunity For Success (OFS) online platform, which disseminates daily educational opportunities and combats digital misinformation.Additionally, I have volunteer experience in Internet governance with the Internet Society Senegal Chapter and serve as a Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) member of the Africa Internet Governance Forum since 2022.
Over the past six years, I have been actively engaged with numerous nonprofit organizations (Internet Society Senegal, Senchix, AFestic), focusing on internet governance through organizing workshops, conferences, and providing training sessions. Leveraging the knowledge gained from online courses through the Internet Society e-learning platform, I have been dedicated to sharing insights and fostering understanding in the field of internet governance. In addition to my work in internet governance, I have taken on leadership roles in climate and green energy organizations over the past two years.
