Being a developer was not always Fayes dream, originally signed up to serve in the royal navy faye went on to obtain her degree in computer science. However in the final 6 months of her degree she was medically discharged. Not knowing what to do next Faye went on to applying to any tech job. After a short spell in the permanent world faye soon learnt her disability was affecting her ways of working and became a contractor. Forming her own company came handy when her family was relocated to the remote part of the far north of scotland. To date faye works as a cross platform developer in public sector companies and became a CTO this year leading the way to changing accessibility within the tech world.
