I am Federico Degiovanni, a technology enthusiast with nearly 10 years of experience in the software industry. Currently, I am focused on obtaining my degree in Systems Engineering from the National Technological University.

I began my career as a full-stack developer, working on backend, APIs, web frontend, and mobile applications. I even ventured into augmented reality applications for a while.

About 3 years ago, I decided to shift my focus to frontend development, specializing in React and JavaScript. At the same time, I started teaching in the Bachelor's Degree in Video Game Production at the National University of Rafaela. In the lab, together with my students, we create 2D video game prototypes in HTML5 every semester.

Outside the tech realm, I love cycling to enjoy the outdoors and stay active. When I can, I practice archery. I also have a keen interest in astronomy.

In my current role, I made a career shift that allows me to step back a bit from constant development and instead focus on driving technology learning opportunities within the company.

Soy Federico Degiovanni, un apasionado de la tecnología con casi 10 años de experiencia en la industria del software. Actualmente, estoy enfocado en obtener mi título de Ingeniería en Sistemas en la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.

Comencé mi carrera como desarrollador full stack, haciendo: backend, APIs, frontend web y aplicaciones móviles. Incluso incursioné en aplicaciones de realidad aumentada durante un tiempo.

Hace aproximadamente 3 años, decidí centrarme en el desarrollo frontend, especializándome en React y JavaScript. Al mismo tiempo, empecé a dar clases en la Licenciatura en Producción de Videojuegos de la Universidad Nacional de Rafaela. En el laboratorio, junto con mis estudiantes, creamos 2 prototipos de videojuegos 2D en HTML5 por cuatrimestre.

Fuera del ámbito tecnológico, me encanta hacer ciclismo para disfrutar del aire libre y mantenerme activo, cuando puedo practico tiro con arco. También tengo un gran interés por la astronomía.

En mi trabajo actual, he realizado un cambio de puesto que me permite alejarme un poco del desarrollo constante para enfocarme en impulsar oportunidades de aprendizaje en tecnología dentro de la empresa.
