Fei Lauren has just embarked on a new chapter of their career as a Scrum Master with Renesas Electronics. A developer at heart, but after ten years working with clients and agencies, Fei decided to seek new challenges where their experience and values could come together.

They are a passionate advocate for lifting people up, which can look like a lot of things. In many contexts, it means working to normalize imperfection in order to pave the way for growth.

They currently volunteer mainly with the Drupal Diversity & Inclusion initiative.
