Felienne is assistant professor at Delft University of Technology, where she researches programming for everyone. She strongly believes everyone can be a programmer, but currently, not everyone has access to the right tools and education materials. She has therefore developed tools to help people program in Excel, and Scratch lessons for kids. To date, 10.000 kids followed her MOOC on Scratch. In addition to her work at TU Delft, Felienne organizes the Joy of Coding conference in Rotterdam, is a host on SE Radio and runs the RoboCupJr competition for kids in the Netherlands.
