Fika has extensive experience in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), using the framework not just as a performance metric, but as a strategic tool to drive real operational improvement. She has successfully improved performance by integrating OEE with data-driven insights, enabling organisations to identify losses, optimise processes, and make informed decisions.
