Florian Schalowski (37) leads the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Center of Excellence and MSD365 Delivery for the Lufthansa Group. Florian has been working in IT consulting for over a decade. For the first two years, his focus was on SAP, and since 2017, he has specialised in Azure, MSD365 CRM, Power Platform and integrations.
As a consultant and manager, Florian has supported over 10 new CRM implementations and, with his team, has been responsible for over 30 CRM systems in DevOps in the last 5 years. The largest installations had up to 6,000 users on the platform.

In his free time, Florian loves travelling the world with his wife and two daughters. Their last destinations were in Kenya, Namibia and South Africa.
