Fred Wilmot is an industry veteran and start-up innovator. Fred has led product, engineering, sales, services and customer success teams focused on customer delight, purpose-built software in the cyber security space for over 20 years. As a practitioner, he has built security programs at start-ups and fortune 500s, responded to breaches as an incident responder, run security operations teams, CTI programs, and is incredibly passionate about the security community. He co-founded the Red Team Offensive Village with an amazing group of folks, as well as the Texas Cyber Summit. Adversary Simulation: Using Blue Eyes to See Red
In this session, we'll translate PCAPs, STIX objects, or detection repositories into attack scenarios and send test data to a data lake/SIEM to test detection logic and organizational context. We'll write scenarios in descriptive language, and give public access to a bunch of scenario content for participants to use and contribute to, as well as leave with the data to test your environment with at home if you want, and public access to the free tools to use scenarios.
