Hear from Fredrik Nilsson, Principal Engineer at Dell EMC who describes the day his life turned upside down 2.5 years ago when his daughter asked to do a neuropsychiatric evaluation because she felt she was “not like everyone else”. Doctors later confirmed that she has Level 1 Autism. Fredrik shares his personal experience as a parent working in IT coming to terms with the diagnosis, and shares ways that parents can support a child who has autism and empower them to find success in life.
