I’ve always been fascinated by how technology can transform ideas into reality. My journey began in high school when I wrote my first lines of code in Java—a moment that ignited a lifelong passion for software development. With unwavering support from my parents, who enrolled me in early computer classes, I built a strong foundation in programming, problem-solving, and technical leadership.

What started as teaching Java basics to classmates evolved into a career dedicated to building high-performing engineering teams and innovative products. I started my journey at Voyatek Group as an intern and worked my way up to the position of Product Lead, where my blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking helped bridge the gap between engineering and business goals. Recognizing the importance of agile methodologies, I became a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner/Manager, equipping me to drive efficiency and collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Today, as Head of IT & Engineering, I lead an exceptional team of 80+ engineers, designers, Scrum Masters, and DevOps specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. I believe in leading by example—which is why I still actively contribute as a Product Owner and Manager, ensuring our solutions align with user needs and business strategy.

Beyond code and processes, I’m passionate about mentorship, knowledge sharing, and empowering the next generation of technologists. Whether it’s optimizing system architecture, refining agile workflows, or championing innovative ideas, my mission remains the same: to build technology that delivers real value.
