Gail's passion lies in guiding them to achieve their highest potential while honoring their unique ways of working.

In her role as an Agile Coach she lives by the "Nanny McPhee principle": when I’m needed but not necessarily wanted, that’s when I stay. She emphasizes sustainable goal-setting and cultivates a culture of self-motivation, equipping teams with the tools and confidence they need to succeed.

Gail’s personal mantra, “iTeach, iCoach, iMentor, iPlay, iLovePeople,” reflects her unwavering commitment to empowering others, fostering collaboration, and creating a shared journey toward growth and success.
