As a qualified Industrial Engineer, a certified Project Management Professional, and with several Agile accreditations, she has embarked on a transformative journey to unlock the potential within individuals and teams. Gail's passion lies in guiding them to achieve their highest potential while honoring their unique ways of working.
In her role as an Agile Coach she lives by the "Nanny McPhee principle": when I’m needed but not necessarily wanted, that’s when I stay. But when I’m wanted but no longer truly needed, that’s my cue to step away. Gail inspires individuals and teams to overcome obstacles and achieve goals in dynamic, ever-evolving environments. Finding the sweet spot
