Currently, Gaurav serves as Manager of Business Performance at Google Cloud, where he leads the rhythm of business operations across North America. In this role, he partners with cross-functional teams spanning Sales Operations, Central Strategy, and Finance to guide annual planning, identify revenue opportunities, and manage business performance through advanced data analysis. His work enables executive alignment on strategic priorities and supports major investment decisions across key growth segments, including the SMB Ads business.
Before joining Google, Gaurav held senior analytics roles at StockX, Walmart Labs, and eBay, where he developed and deployed scalable analytics solutions. At StockX, he led forecasting for global GMV and trades while driving inventory and margin optimization. At Walmart, he owned personalization analytics for the online grocery platform, conducting A/B testing and driving UX-informed product enhancements. At eBay, he was instrumental in launching the C2C authentication business for the Fashion vertical, aligning long-range planning with product and business goals.
Gaurav holds an MBA in Finance from IIT Madras and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, complemented by a Data Science certification from General Assembly, San Francisco.
